SPECIAL MEETING
MARCH 13, 2004
The Bangor Township Board of Education held a special meeting on Saturday, March 13, 2004, at Christa McAuliffe idle School. President Kowalski called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
Members Present: Richard Kowaiski, George Thomas, Dawn Klida, Terrence O’Hare, John Loop, Barbara Skowronski, and Scott Sturm
Members Absent: None.

SUPERINTENDENT INTERVIEW - MICHAEL WALLACE
Mr. Kowaiski introduced Michael Wallace, Belding Middle School Principal, to the interview team and reviewed the process that would be followed for the superintendent candidate interview.
A ten minutes recess was called at 10:40 a.m. after the interview.
When the meeting reconvened, Mr. Janson led the interview team through the steps to choose two finalists. The finalists, Michael Andress, and Michael Wallace, will be invited back for second interviews that will take place on Monday, March 15, and Wednesday, March 17. Both will be held at 6:00 p.m. in the middle school library.
Both candidates will also have dinner with Board members on their interview dates, as well as meeting with staff members in the district. It was determined that Mr. Andress would meet with district staff on Tuesday, March 16, and Mr. Wallace would meet with staff members on Wednesday, March 17. Board members will accompany the two finalists on both days.

At 12:50 p.m. a motion was made by Terrence O’Hare, supported by George Thomas, to adjourn the meeting.
