Dear Bangor Families,

In our ongoing efforts to ensure the safety and security of our students and staff, we have added yet another layer of protection.  Beginning on October 22nd, we will be utilizing a new visitor system called Computerized Visitor Registry.  All visitors will be required to sign in and out with the front office before having access to the building.  Visitor stickers will be issued and must be worn on the chest at all times while in the building. This system is installed in our main office.  We are happy to assist you in learning this new safety tool. Visitors will need to bring their Driver’s License or State ID’s to initiate the process.

We fully understand that this change may be inconvenient and take a while to get used to.  While our school has never been the subject of any direct threat, it is our responsibility to ensure that we have done all that we can possibly do to keep our children safe.  Even though the odds of anything ever happening in our building is extremely slim, we never want to be in the situation of looking a parent in the eye and saying that we could have done more.

If you have any additional questions or concerns please contact us at 989-686-7640.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation as we continue to strive to keep our students and staff safe.
