Hello BTVS Families,
Please see the information below regarding an advising event for dual enrolled students. This is an optional opportunity for student to get a quick overview and meet one-on-one with an advisor. As times fill, we will potentially add more space. We have tentative plans to run a second event in May.
It is important for students to have a placement score which is typically done through Accuplacer.
Learn about the advising process, including Delta College degree and certificate programs, along with transfer options. During this event you will meet one-on-one with a Student Success Advisor to explore and plan classes that will help you meet your future education and career goals.
Be prepared!
- Have you applied to Delta College? If not, apply here first.
- Setup your Delta Portal account.
- Take the Accuplacer placement test. (If you have taken the SAT and have scores of 480 in EBRW and 500 in Math you can skip this step and submit these scores to admit@delta.edu).
- Talk with your school about what classes you can take and submit the Tuition Authorization form, if possible.
