Bay County Health Department Immunization Clinic
The Bay County Health Department will be at CMMS Open House/Registration on August 21 during the 9–11 AM and 1–3 PM sessions to provide back-to-school immunizations.
Vaccines offered include:
MCV and TDAP (required for school)
HPV (recommended)
Eligibility: Students age 11 and up, with a focus on incoming 7th graders.
Requirements:
A biological parent or legal guardian must be present (bring guardianship papers if applicable)
Bring a photo ID and insurance card
