District Photography Procedures
External photographers who wish to photograph from designated media areas—such as sidelines, courtside or stage areas—must complete the District Photography Approval Form and receive a district media pass. The pass must be worn at all times while photographing.
Approved photographers can show their approval confirmation email and pick up their media pass at the ticket booth/check-in area.
This process helps us prioritize student safety, privacy and a positive experience for everyone at our events.
