Students who will be participating in the Career Connections Program - We wanted to remind you that Career Connections starts today. Students will meet after school in the cafeteria. Students are to be picked up at CMMS at 4:00pm. Please make sure someone is here by then
Beginning today (Tuesday), any students who are tardy 5 or more times will not be able to attend any assemblies, field trips, or dances for the remainder of marking period 1. We are using 5 tardies for marking period 1 since there are only 4 weeks left of marking period 1. The total number of 5 is not for individual classes, this is cumulative for all classes. This will reset each marking period, but it will change to 10 total cumulative tardies for each marking period 2, 3, and 4. Students who lose these privileges will be required to sit in a class with a behavior team member instead of participating in the fun. This is designed to reward the students who are doing the right things here at CMMS!
CMMS has a policy that states that any student that has been suspended or has 5 or more write ups cannot attend field trips, participate in assemblies, or attend dances for the remainder of the year. It is up to you to make sure that you do not miss these opportunities. These are privileges that you will miss out on for poor behavior. Students who lose these privileges will be required to sit in a class with a behavior team member instead of participating in the fun. This is designed to reward the students who are doing the right things here at CMMS!
