Food Allergies & Dietary Needs
If your student has a food allergy or other food-related medical condition that requires a food substitution, a Medical Release Form must be completed by their physician and kept on file with both the school and our Food Service Department.

Please make sure any required documentation is submitted before the school year gets underway so we can help ensure your student’s dietary needs are properly accommodated!
