West Families, if you didn't get a chance to sign up for a free digital thermometer, please follow the directions in the link below to receive your free thermometers. Hello #bobcatnation, below are 3 items you will find helpful with our return to in-person learning. Read the Welcome Back Letter and if you are planning no picking up and dropping off your child, please view the video links below.

Remember to come at the appropriate times, wear a mask at all times, keep things moving (parking spaces are a premium so please have conversations after you leave the lot), and be patient and flexible.
Unfortunately, to keep the flow of traffic moving, parents need to remain in the car during morning drop off so please take pictures at home before getting in the car or after students are picked up at 3:10.
Thanks so much for your cooperation!

Hello families, we want to inform all of our families that your child will be using a familiar assessment in NWEA to meet the remote learning testing requirement from the state. Our reading NWEA will be this Monday, the 21st and math will be Monday the 28th. For more information on NWEA testing, please view the parent letter (attached) and the link for the NWEA family tool kit for more information. There is an email in Skyward that you should have received as well. Just a reminder that this test should be done independently once your child is logged in so we can better instruct your child at their academic level moving forward. You can contact your teacher or the office with any questions. Thank you! Family Took Kit Link: https://www.nwea.org/the-map-suite/family-toolkit/

Hello West Families! Teachers will be making phone calls to their students starting today and should complete their roster by Friday. If you haven't heard from your teacher by Friday, please call the office Monday.
Also, Chromebooks and Welcome Back Packets will be distributed next Monday for grades K-2 and Tuesday for grades 3-5. The times available to pick up your Chromebooks/information are from 8-10, 12-2, and 4-6 on those days. If you have siblings in different grades, we will accommodate you. We will also have make-up hours on Thursday 8-10 and 12-2. More information to come on warranties and other details in regards to Chromebooks.

Please check out our Facebook page for updated supply lists. Your child’s teacher will contact you if/when the items need to be replenished. Please label all supplies with your child’s name. Please note that new requests/changes may occur as the school year goes on. We are very limited on storage due to new safety regulations - thank you for your support.
