On 12-07-25 The John Glenn boys varsity bowling team started its season with a win over cross town rival Garber 27-3.
The Bobcats were led in the team games by Ethan Krueger 219 & 226, Cody Miner 202 & 210, Carson Korpal 203 & 202, and Johnathan Russell 204.

Congratulations to the John Glenn Varsity Football team for making the MHSFCA 2025 Team academic All state list!

The Mid-Michigan Alliance Girls High School Hockey team played two away games this weekend and brought home 2 wins. Grace Anderson played goalie, of course. Saturday's game vs. Ann Arbor Pioneer HS was a win of 9-1. Sunday's game vs. Bloomfield HS was a win of 3-1.

John Glenn boys wrestling participated in the Grapplers Gold wrestling tournament and the Hemlock invitational this weekend, check out the results!

Great day for John Glenn wrestling, we had 9 placers. Vivian Arnold won 120 pound bracket. Liya Bossbach, Gracie Fernette, and Jayden Chandler finished runner up. The team also won the tournament taking home the 1st place hardware.

A big congratulations goes out to the John Glenn Varsity Football team and their very own Garrett Hillborn. Garrett received a special award today from Coca-Cola and Mlive,. He was named the 2025 Bay County Golden Helmet Player of the year! This award recognizes the top high school athlete of the Bay City Times area. Congratulations Garrett and the rest of the Bobcat football team, keep up the hard work!

Congratulations to John Glenns own Grace Anderson! Grace plays in the Girls Hockey Co-op Mid Michigan Alliance. Grace had two games this weekend where she recorded her first ever win as a goaltender and the next game posted her first ever shutout! Congratulations Grace!

Congratulations to our John Glenn Girls Swim Team! The Bobcats won the ISC Swimming Championship held at SVSU this weekend! Undefeated season as well as an ISC Championship, sounds like a pretty great year!

Though we fell to Garber tonight in round 2 of districts the scoreboard doesn’t tell the full story. The energy in the court was electric and the teamwork was nothing short of inspiring.  The girls played with heart, grit and unity leaving it all on the court.  This season is a testament to growth, resilience, and the power of family.  Thank you to every player, coach, and supporter who made this season unforgettable.
