📢Reminder: No School Friday & Monday📢

There will be no school Friday, August 29th and Monday, September 1st in observance of Labor Day.

Tomorrow is the big day! We are so excited to have students back in the building and kicking off what is going to be an amazing school year.
Just a few reminders that will help us to have a successful first week back:
For morning drop off (beginning at 8:00), parents can remain in the car line and drop students off at the playground gate (students should excite on the passenger side for safety) or they can park and walk their student(s) to the playground gate.
For afternoon pick up, at 3:05, all parents need to park and come to the gate to get their students. Teachers will be waiting with students, so please give them a wave and tell them who you are picking up.
Please let your students in 1st through 5th grade that they should drop off their backpacks in the morning and then head to the cafeteria for breakfast. New students will be supported in learning this new process. Our Young 5 and Kinder classes will go to breakfast together to teach the students the breakfast routine, so they will go to their classroom and wait for their teacher to take them.
We are currently providing free breakfast and lunch to all of our Central Bobcats. Bangor Central families, we have a summer fundraiser going on! We were selected by Mobil to participate in Pump for Cause, and Bangor Central is the cause. The money raised by everyone getting gas at Pump #1 from June 1-August 31 will come directly to us to use for field trips and other activities for our students. Please see the attached flyer for more information. Remember we will earn funds when Pump #1 is used!

Bangor Township Schools Transportation Department is preparing for the new school year.
