Congratulations to our incredible student-athletes who have qualified for State Competition! A special shoutout to the entire Girls Bowling Team on being crowned Regional Champions and advancing to the State Finals as a team! What an outstanding accomplishment!

We are proud to celebrate Kaleb Beam for earning the Seal of Biliteracy — a tremendous academic accomplishment!
This is the first year students at John Glenn High School have had the opportunity to pursue this distinction. Encouraged by his Spanish teacher this fall, Kaleb began the process and completed the required assessment just in time before the final semester of his senior year.
The Seal of Biliteracy recognizes students who demonstrate a high level of proficiency in English and a second language. To earn the seal, students must successfully complete four rigorous subtests:
• Interpersonal Listening & Speaking
• Presentational Writing
• Interpretive Reading
• Interpretive Listening
Kaleb met the required performance level on all four sections — an incredible achievement that reflects his dedication, perseverance, and excellence in Spanish.👏✨

The award, presented at the February Eye Opener Breakfast, recognizes the investment a Bay County organization makes when expanding or improving its facilities. We are grateful to the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and its Ambassadors for this recognition and for their continued partnership in celebrating growth and community investment in Bay County.

Our talented wrestlers competed today with quite the crowd! Each year a John Glenn team competes mid-day during school for their peers to come out and support. This year, classes had the opportunity to attend and cheer on both our girls and boys wrestling teams during their match.
A special congratulations to Izaak Kukulski on his 100th pin today during the match! Our athletes continue to amaze us both inside and outside the classroom💙
