Congratulations to 8th Grade student Adriana Hernandez on her selection to the Michigan All-State Middle School Band. Adriana was one of 2900 students who auditioned for the groups back in October, and was one of the 500 students selected to perform in one of the All-State ensembles. Each group got together for the first time on a Thursday, and had their performance 2 days later. She got to perform at the Michigan Music Conference in Grand Rapids in DeVos Hall. The concert was fantastic and she did an excellent job representing CMMS. Way to go Adriana!!
Shout out to the Bay City Noon Optimist Club for providing every staff member with a gift bag to thank them for all they do for our students! Thank you for taking the time to show appreciation to our amazing staff!!
