Congratulations to our CMMS Peace Poster Contest winners - KC and Lucile! Thank you to the Bay City Lions Club for hosting a wonderful luncheon to celebrate the winners and thank you also to Mrs. Pudvan and Ms. Barnett for hosting the event for CMMS.
Semester 1 ended on Friday and we are excited to get Semester 2 underway tomorrow! Students, please check Skyward as your electives have changed (unless you have Band or Choir as these are year long classes and these electives do not change). Also, if you have a 4th hour elective be sure to check your lunch schedule as it may have changed. We are excited to start a new semester with our amazing students and staff at CMMS!!
Popcorn Friday at CMMS!
CMMS Girls Swimming - Practice will begin tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2025 at the John Glenn High School Pool from 2:30-3:30. If you will be participating in swim you must have a current physical uploaded and Final Forms completed before you can swim. Until you receive your school issued swimsuit and swim cap please make sure to bring your own one piece swimsuit for practice.

Mr. Miller and his HEROES Class traveled to Bangor Lincoln today to visit Mrs. Moore and Mrs. Cojeen's Kindergarten classes. The HEROES students assisted the kindergartners in creating their own "cotton ball snowmen". Both classrooms were full of smiles and laughter! HEROES students want to wish everyone in Bangor Schools a very "Happy Holiday Season"!
Mr. Miller brought his HEROES Class to Bayfield Assisted Living today to spread some "Holiday Cheer".
The students passed out homemade "Christmas Cards", delivered Christmas presents, and even sang a few Christmas Carols to the residents there.
Mr. Miller was quoted "I am so proud of my students, I can't tell you how many smiles my students put on the faces of the residents there. The singing of the Christmas Carols was not even planned, but went off without missing a note!"
