🏗️ Tiny House Update! 🏡
Our John Glenn High School Building Trades students completed their tiny house project! The house has now been moved to the east side of Christa McAuliffe Middle School, where it will stay until the auction.
The completed home will be auctioned off later this fall, with proceeds going back into the program to help future Bobcats keep building and learning. Stay tuned for more details!💙

As the 2025-26 school year begins, we want to keep our community informed. Michigan lawmakers have not yet passed the K-12 budget, which could risk a state government shutdown on September 30 and delay vital school funding.
These dollars are essential for staffing, class sizes, transportation, supplies, and student programs. The solution is clear: lawmakers must pass a K-12 budget that keeps School Aid Fund dollars where they belong-supporting our students.

This award, established in 1985, honors outstanding teachers in Bay, Midland, Saginaw, and Tuscola counties who exemplify excellence in education. Stephanie was nominated by her student teaching intern and was chosen from a very strong group of nominees-making this honor even more special.
