Our cheer, band, pom, and football teams all brought the energy under the lights, and the crowd went wild as we celebrated the crowning of our 2025 Homecoming Queen. 👑

🍎 Meal Update for Families 🍎

While the state budget remains undecided and the future of free school meal funding is uncertain, Bangor Township Schools is committed to ensuring no student goes without a healthy breakfast or lunch.

At this time, families do not need to pay for school meals for the 2025-26 school year. We will continue to provide free meals for all students using supplemental funding until a permanent decision is made.

We do ask all families to complete the Free and Reduced Meal Application, which helps us secure important state and federal funding: https://bangortwp.familyportal.cloud/

At last night’s Board of Education meeting, our varsity tennis team shared their gratitude with the board, Superintendent Matt Schmidt, and Assistant Superintendent Kurt Pake for their hard work in making the new John Glenn High School tennis courts a reality.

Over the years, both our middle school and high school tennis programs have grown tremendously. With the new courts completed this summer, our Bobcats now have a facility they’re proud to showcase as they welcome visiting teams this fall season.

As a special thank-you, players presented board members with signed tennis balls used during the very first match on the new courts.💙🐾

Nickless Innovation Award competitions to creating engaging, real-world lessons in AP Biology, he consistently goes above and beyond to mentor, guide, and encourage students to reach their full potential.

Students, staff, and families describe Mr. Maison as a dedicated teacher, a motivating mentor, and someone who truly makes a lasting impact. His humility, creativity, and genuine care for students make him an invaluable part of the Bangor Township Schools community.

🚗💨 Off to the races!

Last week in Mr. Willey’s SmartLab classes, both CMMS and JGHS students put their math and physics skills to the test by designing and 3D printing parts for their very own cars. 🖨️⚙️

After all that problem-solving and precision, the big moment came - race day! It was a perfect blend of creativity, competition, and hands-on learning.
