Our staff at Bangor Central have been thinking about all of you. We send hugs and well wishes to you during this time. While we are off, we will occasionally share information such as, read alouds, free online educational programs, fun learning activities, and family resources such as free or low cost food opportunities. Classroom teachers may also be sharing information via their individual sites, such as Remind or Dojo. This is merely optional and is simply to stay in contact and to encourage students to keep learning even while they are at home.

If you have not done so, I encourage you to like our school and district Facebook pages and also download our district app. Be sure you have notifications turned on to receive instant messages from our school or superintendent. As a follow-up to Mr. Schmidt’s update today, Bangor Central’s talent show is canceled.
The book fair hours will be shortened today and will only be open from 1-3pm. Tomorrow, The book fair will be open during regular school hours for students to shop. You are welcome to send cash or use the eWallet payment option. To set up this feature go to scholastic.com/fair and search for Bangor Central. This will allow you to pay electronically and choose your preferred amount and your child will receive their books tomorrow.

Lunch Menu change: The Thanksgiving Feast that was scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday) has been rescheduled for next Tuesday, Nov. 26. Tomorrow’s lunch choices are...1st choice-Turkey Pretzel and 2nd choice-Grilled Cheese. Please share this info. with your child/children. Have a great evening!
