Attention CMMS Cross Country Runners.... Practice will be held on Friday at 3:30 PM outside of the JGHS track area. Next week (week of August 26th) the team will practice right after school at 2:45pm. Practices will generally last an hour and fifteen minutes. CMMS Cross Country runners compete in a 2 mile race and this sport is open to ALL grades. There are very few sports open to 6th graders so this can be a great way to start the year. This is also a great off season conditioning sport for any athlete without a fall sport. Over the course of the season runners will race 8 times. There is no cost to participate. Students must have a valid physical uploaded to their Final Forms account and they should have comfortable running shoes. If you have any questions, please contact Coach Lind at lindt@bangorschools.org.
